SUBSTANCE: beverage container contains a body elongated longitudinally along the central axis, a base containing an edge extending from the body to the central axis, and a punt connected to the edge. The legs extend from the edge and the punt in such a way that each leg intersects both the edge and the punt. The gaps run across the edge and punt between the legs. Each gap has a minimum width at a single point. The width of each gap is continuously increased from a single point towards the body and towards the top of the punt.

EFFECT: invention provides stability and structural strength of the base as in a champagne bottle, prevents an increase in weight and reduces costs when forming the base of the container.
