FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and is intended for recycling of liquid organic waste, mainly manure or dung, and production of environmentally safe organic fertilizers and combustible biogas on an industrial scale. The bioreactor, wherein the fermentable biomass is loaded into the reactor and the biofertilizer is unloaded from the reactor and the biogas is removed, is comprised of two or more tubular modules arranged horizontally or vertically, interconnected by shut-off valves, covered with thermal insulation, with heat exchangers equipped with a stirrer with an electric motor, and sensors for fermentable biomass parameter control. The first module is a loading module and the last one is an unloading module, other modules inter connected by shut-off valves are located between them. In the upper part of each module there is an emergency valve for release of excess biogas pressure, inspection and technological hatches, inspection windows for control of the foaming, tools for sampling and biogas discharge, made as fittings, are mounted. In the lower middle part of each module there is a branch pipe with shut-off valving for biomass discharge. The loading module comprises a pressure measuring container with a top-level sensor, a branch pipe whereon shut-off valving and a return valve are located, connected to the module in the upper part thereof. In the unloading module, at the end, there is a branch pipe, one end whereof in form of an elbow is located within the module, and the second outer end equipped with shut-off valving is placed in a container, a hydraulic seal. In the lower part of the unloading module there is a branch pipe with shut-off valving for biomass discharge. The bioreactor has a panel for monitoring and control of the technological process.
EFFECT: increased safety and reliability of the bioreactor and optimization of operation thereof.
