FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for separation of output substrate into viscous and liquid fractions during anaerobic fermentation of manure. Method involves feeding manure into a mixer, where it is diluted, mechanically stirred and simultaneously heated to a temperature close to the temperature of the mesophilic mode. Obtained substrate is successively fermented in a number of chambers with mechanical mixing and biogas is collected, which moves from bottom to top, and the remaining substrate moves from top to bottom. Modular bioreactors with mesophilic mode are used as fermentation chambers, and thermophilic mode is implemented in the last modular bioreactor. Then the substrate is discharged into the output container, after that, for separation of substrate into viscous and liquid fractions, it is supplied to separating device made in the form of single-level vibrating sieve. After separation, the viscous fraction containing residues of organic substances and microorganisms with size of more than 80 mcm is removed for production of soil. Liquid fraction with particle size less than 80 mcm is discharged into a sealed unloading vessel. Samples of the liquid fraction are analyzed for the qualitative and quantitative composition of microorganisms and then the liquid fraction is held for at least 30 days at a temperature of +20...+22 °C, thereafter, the obtained biopreparation is retested and further used for plant nutrition.
EFFECT: possibility of using both fractions of the substrate due to preservation of a variety of microorganisms in them, which were contained in the initial manure.
