FIELD: lifting vehicle engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting vehicle engineering and can be used for lifting and moving loads. The device contains a hinge-rod mechanism, which has block systems consisting of four rods of the same size, and on the hinge axes there are blocks connected in pairs and crosswise by polyspast pulleys. A manual mechanism with a handle is attached to the rod between the hinges.
EFFECT: device makes it possible to reduce metal consumption, increase carrying capacity, reliability and technological effectiveness when lifting and moving loads.
