SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for lifting and moving loads in cramped conditions of hard-to-reach areas. The device contains a hinge-rod mechanism, which has block systems consisting of four rods of the same or different sizes, and on the hinge axes there are blocks stored, in pairs and crosswise, with pulleys not connected to each other by one rope. Mechanized or manual winch mechanisms with handles are attached to the rods between the hinges.

EFFECT: increase in carrying capacity, increased safety, reliability, versatility and manufacturability when lifting and moving cargo are achieved.
