FIELD: vaping devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for forming a heating unit of an e-vaping device. The method (10) includes a step in which the wire (350) is bent to form the first bend (300), and a step in which the wire (350) is bent to form the second bend (300). The first bend (300) and the second bend (300) form a heater (75) of a generally sinusoidal shape, having a first set (310) of bends (300) and a second set (320) of bends (300). The first vertex of the first bend (300) is located generally opposite the second vertex of the second bend (300). The method also includes a step in which the first set (310) of bends (300) is twisted in the direction of the second set (320) of bends (300) to form a heater (75), which is essentially tubular. The heater (75) forms a hole passing through it.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying automatic production of the heater due to the possibility of using a rigid wick due to the tubular heater acquiring the required rigidity after its formation.
