SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a non-flammable smoking element and to a non-flammable smoking device. The non-flammable smoking element comprises a tank for the pre-evaporative composition, designed to accommodate the material of the pre-evaporative composition, a heating element connected to the tank for the pre-evaporative composition and designed to heat at least part of the material of the pre-evaporative composition to form the generated vapor and supply this vapor to the first part of the channel, and a tobacco container located on the second part of the specified channel for receiving the generated vapor and containing tobacco. At least one element for the air flow is located in the tobacco container with the possibility of directing at least the first part of the generated vapor towards the end of the non-flammable smoking element. The air flow element divides the tobacco container into a first part and a second part, and this first part is designed to prevent tobacco affecting the first part of the generated vapor. The separator allows the required amount of generated vapor to flow through the channel without passing through the tobacco element. The remaining amount of the generated vapor passes through the tobacco element.

EFFECT: separator prevents the required amount of generated vapor, unaffected by the tobacco element, from reacting with this tobacco element.
