SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas chromatography. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that an inert gas is bubbled through a container filled with an analyzed liquid, which is saturated with vapors of organochlorine compounds and fed to the chromatograph for analysis. In the chromatograph, a gas saturated with organochlorine vapors is divided into two parallel streams, the chromatographic separation of which occurs at a temperature of 80 to 100°C in an isothermal mode using a capillary column in one stream and a polycapillary column in the second stream, both streams are detected by a single electron capture detector at temperature from 200 to 300°C.

EFFECT: invention reduces the time of preparatory operations and the duration of the chromatographic analysis of organochlorine compounds.
