FIELD: pulp and paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the regeneration of heat generated during the operation of the solvent apparatus (2) of the boiler (1) for the regeneration of chemicals used in the production of paper pulp. According to the invention, the primary fluid circulation circuit moves the green liquor from the solvent apparatus (2) to an external process (40), such as caustication, and the solvent, such as weak white liquor, back to the solvent apparatus (2), and from this circuit the solvent is diverted to a secondary fluid channel, including a heat exchanger (9), cooling the solvent by regenerating its heat and transferring heat to the heat-consuming process (50). After heat regeneration, the solvent can be used for other processes before it is at least partially transferred back to the solvent machine (2).
EFFECT: present invention is aimed at creating a device for the regeneration of heat and chemicals from a boiler unit, which provides operational reliability and efficient operation.
