An elastic insert is inserted into the intermediate layer which extends exclusively in the rear region of the shoe over a surface of less than 55% of the total surface of the multilayer sole, and the upper layer includes an anti-puncture sheet that extends so as to completely cover the sole of the user's foot and which completely overlaps the resilient insert, one or more holes are formed on the lateral surfaces of the intermediate layer in order to make the resilient insert, which is located inside the intermediate layer, visible. The holes are adapted to ensure the outward deformation of the elastic material from which the elastic insert is made.
