FIELD: footwear.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sole for safety footwear, as well as to a method for manufacturing such a sole. The sole (1) for safety shoes (10) contains an upper surface (2) designed to support the user's foot, a lower surface (4) designed to be in contact with the ground, and a side surface (6) designed to connect the upper surface (2) and bottom surface (4). The sole (1) also contains an anti-puncture layer (8) and at least one ventilation passage (12) configured to provide fluid communication of the side surface (6) and the upper surface (2) of the sole (1). In the sole (1) according to the invention, the anti-puncture layer (8) is located between the lower surface (4) and at least one specified ventilation passage (12) on the heel section of the sole (1) and next to the upper surface (2) on the sole section (1) corresponding to the forefoot.
EFFECT: object of the invention is to provide a sole for safety footwear which is capable of providing improved ventilation to the wearer's foot without affecting the comfort of using a sole that is puncture resistant and relatively light in weight.
