FIELD: non-woven textile materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a non-woven spunbond material, a method for its production, a multilayer material including a non-woven spunbond material, and a hygiene product containing such a non-woven spunbond material or a multilayer textile material. The nonwoven fabric contains crimped multicomponent fibers, where the first component of the multicomponent fibers consists of the first thermoplastic polymer material containing the first thermoplastic base polymer, and the second component of the multicomponent fibers consists of the second thermoplastic polymer material containing the second thermoplastic base polymer, which is different from the first base polymer. At least one material from the first polymer material or the second polymer material is a polymer mixture that contains, in addition to the corresponding base polymer, between 1 and 10 percent by mass of a polymer with a high melt flow rate, which has a melt flow rate in the range of 600-3,000 g/10 min. The fibers have a linear mass density of less than 1.5 denier. The average specific number of crimps of crimped multicomponent fibers is within the range of at least 5, and preferably at least 8 crimps per centimeter of fiber.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a non-woven material with improved uniformity and softness, having improved stretchability.
