FIELD: aviation technology.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to aviation technology, namely to systems of aviation weapons with forced ejection separation from the carrier of air cargo, such as bombs, containers and missiles. The method of forced dumping-ejection of the load, which consists in measuring the linear accelerations created on the body of the aircraft ejection device, the front and rear rods of the hydraulic pushers; calculate the specified value of the angular velocity around the center of mass of the load ωg, depending on the flight mode; the current values of the speed and position of the front and rear hydraulic pushers are calculated from the measured linear accelerations; activate the source of hydraulic power and form flow control in the discharge lines of the front and rear hydraulic pushers in two stages, so that at the first stage, the movement of the hydraulic pushers provides the same angular velocity of the hydraulic pushers by presetting the flow regulators in the discharge lines and safety valves in the discharge lines, while determining the current angular velocity ωc, which is proportional to the difference in linear speeds of the front and rear hydraulic pushers and inversely proportional to the distance between the hydraulic pushers, and the error Δω is calculated, equal to the difference between the current ωc and the given ωg angular velocities of the load. This error is compared with the established reference value for the angular velocity of the load. At the second stage, if there is a difference between the error in the angular velocity of the load and the control angular velocity at the control points of the movement of the hydraulic pushers, digital signals are generated to control the conductivity of the drain lines in the hydraulic pusher, whose speed is lower than the speed of another hydraulic pusher, by one or several regulators flow rates that are connected to the drain line by normally closed quick-acting valves. This arrangement provides a bailout control that is adaptive to internal factors. The group of inventions also relates to a device for forced dumping and ejection of cargo.
EFFECT: invention increases the efficiency of control of hydraulic pushers by changing the speed of movement of the hydraulic pushers and ensuring the reusable use of an autonomous source of hydraulic power.
