FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly to devices intended for securing, transportation and forced separation of missile weapons on aircraft, and more specifically to aircraft catapult devices (ACD). Method of forced drop of load includes setting of linear displacements to stocks of hydraulic pushers. In the process of linear movements of the rods of the hydraulic pushers, the current linear speeds of the rod of each hydraulic pusher are measured, after that, obtained values of current linear speeds of movement of rods of hydraulic pushers are compared with predetermined values of required linear speeds of movement of rods of each hydraulic pusher. Then, based on the difference between the values of the required and current linear speeds of the rods of the hydraulic pushers, commands are generated to control the rods of the hydraulic pushers in such a way that at the moment of cargo dropping the values of the current linear speeds of movement of rods of hydraulic pushers coincide with values of the required linear speeds of movement of rods of the same hydraulic pushers. At that, formation of said commands is carried out by means of control devices, made in the form of units of quick-acting electrohydraulic valves, hydraulically connected by their inlet channels with outlet channels of the hydraulic lock, and with the outlet channels – with the hydraulic accumulator, wherein inlet channel of hydraulic lock is hydraulically connected to pyrohydraulic power source. Group of inventions also relates to a device for forced discharge of cargo.
EFFECT: high accuracy of setting the required angular velocity when separating the load from the forced release device, reducing the weight and size of the device and improving its operating characteristics.
