SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical connecting devices in general and, in particular, to the Luer Lock adapter. The Luer Lock adapter contains a body that defines the axis; internal element Luer Lock, containing thread; an external Luer Lock element, designed to be attached to the specified internal Luer Lock element by means of a thread. The said internal Luer Lock element is located on the inner side of the specified housing and is attached to it with the rotational capability to rotate around the specified axis relative to the specified housing so that it is possible to rotate the specified Luer Lock element relative to the specified housing in the first direction of rotation around the specified axis and to limit the rotation of the specified Luer Lock element relative to the specified housing in the second direction of rotation around the specified axis, opposite to the specified first direction of rotation. The location of the specified internal Luer Lock element on the inner side of the specified housing prevents manual access to the specified internal Luer Lock element to restrict its rotation in the specified first direction of rotation. The said Luer Lock adapter is designed to be connected to the port, and the specified internal Luer Lock element contains a sleeve element containing the covering part of the Luer connecting device at its backward-facing end, and the sleeve element also contains a circular intermediate part with a double toothed structure.
