FIELD: household goods and personal effects.
SUBSTANCE: electric vacuum cleaner consists of main body, dust collecting section for collection of dust sucked in by means of electric fan, pleated filter for fine dust collection with a drive for its rotation, section for receiving dust removed from pleated filter, and switching device. Switching device design provides for selective communication between main air duct or auxiliary air duct and electric fan suction side. Main air duct provides for connection between main body suction hole and electric fan suction side via pleated filter. Auxiliary air duct provides for connection between ambient air inlet and electric fan suction side via dust receiving section and dust collecting section, but not via pleated filter.
EFFECT: improved quality of vacuum cleaning.
