METHOD FOR SOWING GRAIN CROPS WITH LOCAL APPLICATION OF MOISTURE-ABSORBING MELIORANTS, LIQUID FERTILIZERS AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A01C7/00

Abstract RU 2748807 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for sowing grain crops. The method consists in the fact that a slit is made in the soil in the vertical plane, the depth of which is greater than the depth of sowing seeds. The slit is made in form of a trapeze and is displaced in the horizontal and vertical planes relative to the furrow by 1 cm. Granules of moisture-absorbing meliorant moistened with liquid fertilizers are placed in the slit located below and away from the furrow with seeds, and grain seeds are sown in the furrow. The slit and the furrow are covered with a moist layer of soil. The method is carried out by a device that includes a frame, a combination coulter with heels installed in its lower part for cutting furrows for seeds and slits for fertilizers, a rack, a fertilizer spout for supplying moisture-absorbing meliorant and a seedtube. In the front part of the combination coulter, a ridger is installed, and in the rear part of the frame, a coverer is attached. In the front part of the frame, there is also a compressor and a container for liquid fertilizers with a pressure reducing valve for regulating the flow of liquid fertilizers, which are fed to the combined coulter through a hose and a sprayer into the fertilizer spout. In the rear part of the frame, a grain hopper is also installed, at the bottom of which the seeding machines are installed. The heel for cutting the slit for fertilizers is made with possibility of forming a trapezoidal slit and is displaced relative to the seed furrow in the horizontal plane by 1 cm, and the height of the heel for cutting the slit is greater than the height of the heel for cutting the furrow by 1 cm.

EFFECT: use of the invention will improve the quality of sowing, preserve soil moisture and improve soil aeration.
