SUBSTANCE: when sending a message with a channel state information (hereinafter – CSI) terminal, the priorities of M messages with a CSI are determined, where M is a natural number that is not less than 1; an available channel resource is selected from the channel resource set to transmit M messages with a CSI, where the channel resource set contains J channel resources that support the transmission of M messages with a CSI, and J is a natural number that is not less than 1; and the message with CSI is transmitted according to the priorities of M messages with CSI using the available channel resource.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of transmitting feedback with CSI.
