FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to replacement of cargo units carried in a vehicle. Replacement system of at least first (101) and second (102) cargo units carried on vehicle (103) comprises landing device (106) installed between first end (101A) of first (101) loading unit and second end (102B) of second (102) loading unit so that first part of said landing device rests on first end (101A) of first (101) loading unit, and second part of said landing device rests on second end (102B) of second (102) loading unit. Landing device (106) is configured to move said first end (101A) of first (101) loading unit to a lower level than second end (102B) of second (102) loading unit, after said first end (101A) of first (101) loading unit has touched second end (102B) of second (102) loading unit.
EFFECT: invention provides an easy and cost-efficient process of replacing containers, especially in conditions of limited space, in which vehicle used for transportation of containers is stationary during cargo replacement.
