FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The machine for the differentiated application of pesticides, liquid mineral fertilizers and agrochemicals consists of an energy device (1), a control cabin (3), a control and operation control unit (4) of the machine, a receiver of navigation signals (5), an on-board computer (6), a hydraulic reservoir ( 7) with autonomous compartments (8-14) for water, liquid components of mineral fertilizers and pesticides, a front-mounted hitch (15) with a hydraulic drive unit (16) with hydraulic power cylinders (17) and a mounting platform (18) for attachments, manipulator (19), manipulator working bodies (20-22) with telescopic multi-section rods with nozzles, air hoses (23, 25) with sprayers, unit (26) of the fertilizer application system and pesticide working fluid, air flow supply unit (27), unit (28) for dosing fertilizers, preparation and dosing of pesticide working fluid, unit (29) for supplying pesticide and fertilizer components. Each working body (20-22) of the manipulator, on one side, is connected to the unit (26) of the system for applying fertilizers and working liquid of pesticides and, on the other side, to the unit (28) for dosing and distribution, containing modules for dosing liquid mineral fertilizers, preparation and dosing of working liquid pesticides associated with the unit (29) for supplying components of pesticides and fertilizers. All units (26-29) are integrated with a control and operation control unit (4) of the machine and an on-board computer (6). All flow dividers of the unit (26) of the fertilizer application system and the pesticide working fluid are connected on one side with the collector hydraulic lines, on the other side, they are connected with the flow meters of the liquid fertilizer metering module and the pesticide working fluid preparation and metering module. The flow meters of module for dosing the liquid mineral fertilizers are connected at the inlet with dosing devices of the flow of liquid mineral fertilizers. The dosing devices are connected, in turn, by hydrolines with a system for supplying liquid mineral fertilizers. The flow meters of the module for dosing and preparation of pesticides are connected at the inlet with pumps for supplying working fluids of pesticides connected to chamber ejector mixers-accumulators of working fluid, connected to flow meters for industrial water and pesticides and connected through a flow regulator to a hydraulic line for supplying industrial water and hydraulic lines for supplying pesticides. Each working body (20-22) is made in the form of two modules, combining at least two symmetrically and oppositely located telescopic multisectional rods, fixed in rotary sector platforms, each section of which is equipped with a shoulder with electro-hydraulic valves with nozzles installed on them, fixed along an axis parallel to the axis of symmetry of each of the modules of telescopic multi-section rods, with a spacing of the blocks of electro-hydraulic valves with nozzles equal to the length of each telescopic section, selected in accordance with the established coefficient of variation of the distribution of working fluids of pesticides and fertilizers at the lowest working height of the installation of multi-section rods. Each telescopic multi-section rod is fixed in a supporting-rotary sector platform with the ability to change the working position in the vertical, horizontal and intermediate planes, and change the length depending on the specified working width, regardless of the position of other telescopic rods of the manipulator working bodies. The rods are installed with the possibility of forming a rhomboid or triangular connection when connecting two extreme ends of the rods, turning them in the horizontal plane in both directions at an angle from 0° to 90° and lifting and lowering by an angle of 0° to 90° relative to the horizontal plane.
EFFECT: differentiated application of pesticides, liquid mineral fertilizers and agrochemicals is ensured with the provision of a given quality of application of pesticides and fertilizers, a decrease in the specific consumption of pesticides, mineral fertilizers and agrochemicals, minimization of environmental pollution, preservation of soil fertility, an increase in crop productivity and the quality of agricultural products.
