FIELD: robotics.

SUBSTANCE: mobile robot for contact application of pesticides comprises a self-propelled chassis, including platform 1 with front guides 2 and rear 3 driving wheels driven by electric motors 4, rear and front rectangular frames 5 and 6, with internal movable frames 7 and 8 and linear actuators 9, 10, a power supply system, including battery packs 13 and solar panel 14, a control and navigation system, including on-board computer 16, an integrated navigation system, an automatic control unit for process equipment 21, a control unit for a system of working bodies 22, a vision system, including laser optical rangefinder 23, digital optoelectronic ultrasonic sensors 24 and 25; a system for placing, supplying, distributing flows of the working fluid of pesticides, including tank 26 for the working fluid of pesticides, a pump with electric drive 31, pressure hydraulic lines 32, 33 and drain hydraulic lines 34, 35, overflow valve 36, reducing valve 37, shut-off valve 40, flow meter 38, distribution manifold 41, a system of working bodies for the contact application of pesticides, including bar 11 with modules 44. The system of working bodies for the contact application of pesticides is equipped with a number of identical and independent models 44, fixed on rod 11 by means of cantilever brackets 45, at the ends of which vertical electric linear actuators 46 with contact devices are installed, each of which is made in the form of an aircraft straight wing with an asymmetric plano-convex profile inverted by 180° with the top down, acting as contact surface 47. The inner part of the wing is filled with elastic spongy material 50 with a porous structure, and lower contact part 47 has a permeable, mechanically strong, chemically resistant impregnation skin 51. Distribution point injectors 43 are installed in the volume of spongy material, connected to the outlets of shut-off valves with electromagnetic control 42, connected by inlets to distribution manifold 41, connected by hydraulic lines 33 and 32 through valves 40, 37, 36 withelectric drive pump 31.

EFFECT: improved quality and efficiency of processing agrocenoses from weeds, reduced application rates of pesticides, their losses, and minimized risks of environmental pollution.
