METHOD FOR INTEGRATED TREATMENT OF INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER (OPTIONS) Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC C02F9/00 C02F1/42 C02F1/78 C02F101/16 C02F103/34

Abstract RU 2749105 C1

FIELD: chemical, metallurgical and machine building industries.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for the integrated treatment of industrial wastewater containing surfactants, amine, ammonium, alcohol, hydrocarbon and ionic pollutants and can be used in the chemical, metallurgical and machine-building industries. Methods for the integrated treatment of industrial wastewater include a stage of purification by a physicochemical method and a stage of purification by the method of ozonation. In the first embodiment of the method, wastewater is passed through KU-2-8 in the H+-form, then ozonation is carried out for 2-8 hours at a temperature of 5 to 30°С with an ozone-air mixture. The ozone concentration in the ozone-air mixture is 20 g/m3 (Cozone = 20 g/m3). Then a purification stage is carried out by passing wastewater through the AV-17-8 anion exchanger. In the second embodiment of the method, ozonation is carried out for 2-8 hours at a temperature of 5 to 30°С with the ozone-air mixture. The ozone concentration in the ozone-air mixture is 20 g/m3 (Cozone = 20 g/m3). After the ozonation stage, a purification stage is carried out by passing wastewater through the cation exchanger KU-2-8 in the H+-form and the subsequent purification stage is carried out by passing wastewater through the AV-17-8 anion exchanger.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to purify industrial wastewater containing surfactants, amine, ammonium, alcohol, hydrocarbon and ionic pollutants, including highly toxic substances such as DMA, NDMH, NDMA and their derivatives. Industrial wastewater, treated in accordance with the proposed method (options), meets all regulatory requirements for water intended for discharge to municipal treatment facilities.
