SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to cosmetology, dermatology and plastic surgery. A preliminary determination is carried out at the stage of planning the procedure for the topography of the facial artery and vein crossing the bony edge of the lower jaw in its lateral part. For this, the patient is tested in a sitting position during chewing, in which the anterior edge of the superficial portion of the chewing buccal muscle is first palpated at the level of the marginal edge of the lower jaw. Then the point of intersection of the muscle indicated above and the marginal edge of the lower jaw is palpated. According to the results of palpation, the topography of the facial artery is determined and marked on the projection of the mandible body, and the facial vein is marked taking into account its location 1 cm distal to the artery. Then, in a sitting position, measurements of the parameters of the angle of the lower jaw, which will be different depending on the gender of the patient, are made, and markings are made for the vectors of filler injection. After that, a blunt-pointed cannula with a diameter of at least 22G and a length of 5 cm is punctured into the access point on the projection of the apex of the angle of the lower jaw formed by its branch and body to a depth of 2-3 mm, providing a subcutaneous level of subsequent deposition of the drug, and guiding it at the level of superficial fat packets into the marked vectors of tissue volume deficit, and the injection is carried out in a vector anterograde technique at the rate of 4 vectors coming from one access point per area with an average filler volume of 2 ml.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to safely and effectively restore the natural contours, positions and volume of the lower jaw inherent in young age.
