SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cosmetology, dermatology and plastic surgery. A filler based on hyaluronic acid is injected via cannula. At that, a secure access point for the cannula conducting needle is selected in each lateral labio-chin face area, for which marking of the secure access point is applied with lateral departing from the mouth corner by 2 cm and going further down by 1 cm. Then areas with deficient soft tissue volume are marked in the labio-chin area, and the supposed vectors of cannula passage are marked in the direction of these areas in the form of divergent beams starting in each of the marked safe access points in the medial direction relative to the labio-chin wrinkle. Then the filler is injected via the secure access point using linear retrograde or micro-bolus technique along the direction of cannula passage vectors. The volume of filler does not exceed 0.15 ml per vector and 1 ml per one lateral labio-chin area, the conductig needle punctures to a depth of 3-4 mm.
EFFECT: invention reduces the risk of side effects and complications of contouring injections in the labio-chin area by defining secure access points for the cannula conducting needle.
