FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for manufacturing a part of a rotary machine, wherein the said part extends in the axial direction (A), as well as in the radial direction (R) perpendicular to it, and contains at least one internal channel (7), which extends from the first end (72) of the inner part (K) of the center (6) of the part and to the second end (71) in the radial bounding surface (42) of the part and which is at least partially closed, while the specified method differs in that a workpiece (10) is obtained, containing the inner part (K) of the part and which is bounded by the outer surface (11) in the radial direction (R), and the said workpiece (10) at the first subtractive stage of the technological process is processed in a subtractive way in such a way that an external contour (AK) is formed in the section of the external surface (11), which extends at least partially in the radial direction (R), and also a part of the channel (7) is made, which extends radially at least partially in the workpiece (10) to the first end (72), and then the channel (7) is completed by means of a build-up process on the workpiece (10). In addition, an appropriate repair method is proposed, as well as a part manufactured or repaired in this way.

EFFECT: it is possible to obtain a part with an internal channel of various geometric shapes.
