FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additive manufacture of three-dimensional parts. First layer of the pre-welded or mechanically connected part of the workpiece, repeating the outer and inner workpiece contours, is laid on meal substrate with thickness of 0.5÷10.0 mm. Plasma-powder surfacing is carried out by means of robotic installation along the path ensuring overlapping of deposited metal rollers in staggered manner and its spreading along boundaries of workpiece carcass layer providing the contour of desired workpiece. On the first workpiece carcass layer, layers of workpiece carcass are sequentially laid repeating outer and inner contours of the desired workpiece, and plasma-powder surfacing is produced by means of robotic installation along the path ensuring overlapping of deposited metal rollers in staggered manner and its spreading along boundaries of each layer of workpiece shell. Final layer of plasma-powder overlaying is produced by means of robotic installation along the path ensuring overlapping of deposited beads flush.
EFFECT: increase in productivity of manufacturing parts is provided.
