FIELD: dosing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to dosing equipment, it can be used for feeding various bulk materials in agricultural, forestry, seed processing equipment in order to divide them into fractions. The device for feeding bulk material contains a triangular hopper, made with the possibility to adjust the angle of its inclination, rotating rollers mounted on the case, a feeding flap, made with the possibility to adjust the angle of its inclination, 3 pairs of flaps regulating the flow of bulk material, the gaps between which determine the feed of bulk material to the rotating rollers of the device. The degree of opening of the feed flap provides a certain gap between the feed flap and the bottom of the triangular hopper, which creates a flow of bulk material. Three pairs of flaps regulating the flow of bulk material are self-regulated with the possibility of changing the angle of their convergence-divergence with the help of calibrated springs having different elastic coefficients, and therefore different tensile forces. The calibrated springs of the middle self-regulating flaps have a lower tensile force compared to the calibrated springs of the upper self-regulated flaps and a larger one compared to the calibrated springs of the lower self-regulated flaps, as a result of which the largest mass of bulk material is accumulated in front of the upper self-regulated flaps, and the smallest mass is accumulated in front of the lower self-regulated flaps, which ensures self-regulation and even flow of bulk material.
EFFECT: an increase in the evenness of the feed of bulk material to the working bodies.
