FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of loose materials and may be used in agriculture for grain cleaning, flout industry, construction and chemical industries. Proposed separator comprises screening device arranged in zigzag line in vertical channel to make zigzag-like channel with screening device arranged on sides of the latter to make two lateral zigzag-like channels, parallel with central channel. Screening devices are composed of combs made up of ellipsoid pins secured by bars on axle to turn thereabout irrespective of the turn of adjacent pins. Note that solid grain boards are arranged there above and deflectors are located there below. Right behind every deflector of every zigzag-like central channel arranged are branch pipes to discharge fine fraction sideways, loading bin, and branch pipes to discharge separated fractions. Eccentric mechanism composed of two discs rigidly fitted on shaft coupled with lever is arranged under screening devices. Pin bars are locked by solid plate arranged to displace in vertical. Springs are arranged in ends of said bar outside said solid plate. Said spring are locked by caps coupled with cams rigidly fitted on aforesaid shaft.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning.
