SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to bicycle steering devices. The steering device of the bicycle contains a steering tube with a steering rod installed in the head tube with a front fork rod and a head tube installed in the frame glass. On the outer surface of the head tube, a thread is made in the form of parallel radial protrusions for corresponding cutting in the form of parallel radial protrusions of the inner part of the glass. Cutting the inside of the glass forms a sector that is less than half of its circumference. The outer thread of the head tube forms a sector that is more than half the circumference of the inner hole of the glass. The total length along the circumference of the cutting sector of the inner part of the nozzle and the cutting sector of the outer part of the head tube is less than the circumference of the inner hole of the nozzle.
EFFECT: provided are fast change of inclination and fast shift of the center of gravity of the bicycle.
