SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, and in particular to methods of disinfection and disinvasion of facilities of poultry farming. The method of sanitizing poultry facilities includes the stages of disinfection of eggs and facilities for breeding poultry. At the same time, first, a solution of a disinfectant based on silver ions is prepared, obtained as a result of a chemical reaction while simultaneously dissolving a composition of powders of citric acid, silver oxide and hydrogen peroxide in distilled water at room temperature. Then the eggs are soaked in a solution and irrigated with a solution, as well as the facilities of poultry breeding are dried and irrigated with a solution. The method additionally includes the stages of routine disinfection of facilities for keeping, feeding, breeding of poultry and keeping young poultry, including mechanical cleaning, irrigation with a solution with a disinfectant concentration of at least 15% and exposure to the solution for at least 1 hour. If cases of infection of the bird are detected, the method includes the stage of forced disinfection of the mentioned objects.

EFFECT: invention improves the level of safety of the poultry population.
