SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition used for removal of treatment of foodstuffs of animal and plant origin, in part, for removal of bacterial pollutions and antisanitary substances from the surface of fresh fish, pork, eggs, fruits, vegetables and so on. The composition has sodium sulfate, suspending agent, carboxymethyl-cellulose, propylene glycol, at least one surface-active substance, at least one sequestrant, antidehydrating agent, buffer agent and emulsifier. Disinfecting and antibacterial substances are absent in the composition completely. The use of the composition provides the simultaneous removal of bacterial and chemical pollutions.
