SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to antibacterial dressings, and discloses a method for producing an antibacterial material. The method is characterized by the fact that electrospinning of a solution of polylactic acid with zinc oxide nanoparticles in chloroform is carried out, followed by temperature treatment of the material at a given ratio of components, while zinc oxide nanoparticles are obtained by pulsed laser ablation of zinc in air. The purity of the material allows it to be used for biomedical purposes. The invention can be used as hygienic and protective materials, in particular in the production of antibacterial dressings in field hospitals.

EFFECT: invention allows obtaining oxide nanoparticles with an active defective surface, without additional stabilizers.
