FIELD: mechanic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the field of testing products for vibration impact. The stand according to the first embodiment contains a table mounted with the possibility of vertical movement relative to the base of the stand for fixing the test object (TO), located along the vertical axis of the alternating load generator equipped with an elastic shock absorber, means for creating a shock load.
The alternating load generator is made containing pre-compressed elastic shock absorbers, installed symmetrically relative to the vertical axis of the former on guides above and below the horizontal platform intended for fixing the TO, and pressed from above to the table by a horizontal plate. The table is made up of an axisymmetric pallet, a set of horizontal plates installed on additional guides symmetrically fixed on top of the pallet; a braking device is installed on the pallet opposite the base of the stand. In contrast to the first version of the inventive stand, the alternating load generator according to the second version of the inventive stand is made containing dampers (for example, made of foam) and elastic shock absorbers installed on the guides symmetrically relative to the vertical axis of the former, respectively, above and below the horizontal platform intended for fixing the TO, a horizontal plate located above the dampers on the rails.
EFFECT: invention ensures the application of an alternating damped load or a load in the form of a single symmetric half-sine pulse with specified amplitude-frequency characteristics to the TO without exciting additional unregulated oscillations of the TO.
