SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the tobacco industry, namely to an aerosol-generating product. The aerosol-generating product is comprised of rod-forming elements, wherein one of the elements constitutes an element of an aerosol-forming substrate and comprises a susceptor unit for heating the aerosol-forming substrate. The product also comprises a body of the aerosol-forming substrate. The susceptor unit is placed inside of the body of the aerosol-forming substrate and comprises a first susceptor material with an elongated shape, covered with a coating material, and a second susceptor material in form of susceptor particles, with a second Curie temperature below 500 degrees Celsius. The susceptor particles are embedded in the coating material. Also disclosed is an aerosol-generating system comprising the aerosol-generating product.
