FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for extracting metals from organometallic compounds of the oil phase of hydrocarbon metal-containing resources, which can be used in oil-producing and oil-refining plants, with the subsequent participation of secondary metallurgy plants. The method involves contacting a hydrocarbon medium with an aqueous medium to form an emulsion and its separating in a centrifuge, and mixing oil and water in a volume ratio of 1:1. Crude oil is used before its processing, which is divided into two halves and simultaneously processed, wherein one half of the crude oil is treated with an aqueous phase without metal cations, and the other half is treated with an aqueous phase with metal cations. Then, a three-component mixture of acid chloride of naphthenic acid C9H17COCl, naphthenic acid C76H138(COOH)4 and oleic acid is added. Both water-oil emulsions are combined. Hydrogen peroxide is added. The mixture is mixed for at least 1 hour at a temperature of 50 to 60°C to obtain the petroleum and aqueous phases. Dilute hydrochloric acid is added to the resulting aqueous phase and the pH is reduced (ΔpH=1). The oil phase is combined with an aqueous phase without metal cations with the addition of an ammonium buffer solution and hydrogen peroxide, mixed for at least 1 hour at a temperature of 50 to 60°C to obtain the oil and water phases. The resulting oil phase is sent for further processing, and dilute hydrochloric acid is added to the water phase to obtain pH = 5. Both water phases are placed in a dividing funnel to obtain an organic phase containing carboxylic acids, which is sent for recycling, and an inorganic phase containing metal cations.
EFFECT: proposed method allows for extracting 83.5% of metals from crude oil before its processing.
