SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cosmetics. A single-use perfume and cosmetic dry product is a multicomponent composition weighing no more than 33 g, placed in an impermeable destructible shell and/or having a water-soluble coating and/or placed in a permeable shell made of a non-woven fabric that is inert to the multicomponent composition, containing organic, inorganic and biologically active substances and components, including dry sodium bicarbonate no more than 19% and dry citric acid no more than 14%, for application to the outer cover of a person for the purpose of cleaning and caring for them, or including dry powder of calcium carbonate no more than 80%, dry powder of sodium bicarbonate no more than 10%, essential oils no more than 0.5%, for application to the teeth and oral mucosa for the purpose of cleaning and caring for them, while the product is additionally placed in a primary package made of at least a single-layer polymer material with a metallized layer that prevents the entry of moisture and air from outside, and retains the properties of the product during the shelf life.

EFFECT: invention yields a perfume and cosmetic dry product that is soluble when soaped and rubbed in water for no more than 35 s.
