SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of extruding and labelling a packaging tube. The technical result is achieved through a method including a number of operations performed consequently on the extruding/labelling line. A) a label (12) of partially or completely tubular shape is formed in a forming input component (20) from film. B) the label (12) is inserted into a calibration element (22). C) a tubular body (13) is extruded from the side of the concave surface of the label (12). D) the outer surface of the extruded tubular body is brought into contact with the concave surface of the label. The label (12) therein contains one layer with a melting point exceeding the melting point of the extruded tubular body (13) by 20°C. Operation D) is performed by means of an air stream creating a first pressure drop (ΔP1) between the inner and the outer sides of the tubular body. Creation of the pressure drop is facilitated by a first, floating plug (26) located in the direction of the air stream behind the forming input component (20) and at least partially preventing air discharge through the internal volume of the tubular body (14).
EFFECT: technical result is reduced deviation of the diameter of the tube from the defined value and increased precision of manufacture thereof.
