SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cosmetic industry. The cosmetic oil composition includes the following components: 20-60 wt.% оf the oil extract of the crowberry; 10-30% by weight of wild rosemary oil extract; 10-30 wt.% оil extract of white willow bark; 10-30 wt% sphagnum moss oil extract.
EFFECT: invention provides a substance that can be used as a component for the production of creams, ointments, emulsions, masks, scrubs for the face, body and hair, based on ingredients of natural origin with natural highly effective biologically active ingredients.
