SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lightproof containers designed for the storage of photosensitive material. The container for the storage of photosensitive material contains (a) opaque rigid outer case 101; (b) inner rigid container 102 and (c) opaque cover 103 designed to attach and seal specified inner container 102. When specified cover 103 closes specified inner container 102 and specified inner container 102 is placed in specified outer case 101, specified cover 103 or specified inner container 102 fixes specified outer case 101, and specified cover 103, together with specified outer case 101, creates a lightproof casing.
EFFECT: providing both protection of the contents of the container from light, and the possibility to monitor its contents, when necessary, in a safe manner without the risk of loss of the contents and exposure it to air and pollution.
