FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: system for placing medical waste with a sterilization opening is made with possibility of heating and sterilization inside the furnace. Proposed system comprises container and cover, two-layer stack arranged inside container and container cover opening and closing mechanism. Upper edge of container has thread. Cover comprises a rubber seal to ensure tightness of container, central inner axis and spring, extending along central inner axis length concentrically to it and located on cover lower side facing container. Spring on the free end is provided with a pusher. Central inner axis is configured to be installed in the package. Package is two-layered and consists of two sub-package, one of which is located inside the other. Sub-packages are welded on their side contours at their holes. Inner sub-package is made of low-density thermo-shrinking polyethylene, and the other sub-package is made from high-density polyethylene. Cover opening and closing mechanism comprises two metal rods arranged vertically, two holes in container wall top part, two lower locking elements—holes on the cover, two other round locking elements, also placed on the cover, and the stop on the periphery of the container, located in its upper part and adjacent to upper edge with thread of said container. Metal rods are located diametrically opposite on wall of container, on its upper end adjoin the container holes and are fixed by their lower end on the inner vertical wall of the lower part of the container. On greater part of its longitudinal length metal rods are separated and do not come into contact with specified inner vertical wall of container, and are also provided with projections on their upper end, having dimensions for their passage through adjacent hole of container wall, and are made flexible with the possibility of approaching the inner vertical wall of the container when the forces exerted on them. Two locking elements—holes are diametrically opposite and fixed on the cover. Two other round locking elements are also diametrically opposite and fixed on cover and are in upper position relative to two locking elements—holes. Both pairs of said elements are separated by angle of 20 degrees when the cover is viewed from above.
EFFECT: technical result consists in high-pressure steam sterilization inside the autoclave without the need for the exposure by the external automated device or person.
