SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a medicament for relapsing-remitting or secondary progressive multiple sclerosis during recurrence and containing a benzopyran derivative represented by the following general formula 3, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof: wherein R¹ is a methyl or ethyl group; one of R² and R³ is a hydrogen atom; and the other one of R² and R³ is a hydrogen atom, an amino group, an acylamino group, a carbamoyl group, optionally substituted with a methyl group or a phenyl group.

EFFECT: new medicament is presented that may find use in the treatment of relapsing-remitting or secondary progressive multiple sclerosis during recurrence.
