The flange outline shape includes two or more first recessed portions provided on each of the flange outline shape portions extending along the short sides, the first recessed portions being bent towards the centroid of the flange outline shape, and the flange outline shape includes a second recessed portion provided on each of the portions of the shape of the flange outline extending along the long sides, the second recessed portion is curved towards the centroid of the shape of the outline of the flange. The shape of the body contour of the body portion, when viewed in the direction of its location, is a polygonal shape including a plurality of corners at the top, the number of which is equal to the total number of the first recessed portions and the second recessed portions, and the corners at the apexes are located so that they respectively face the first deepened sections and second deepened sections.
