SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas equipment and can be used in gas, aviation, ship-building, automobile and related branches of industry. Proposed is a method for manufacturing a high-pressure vessel, including manufacturing a liner and forming a power shell from a reinforcing material and a binding agent. The power shell is formed by laying one coil of a dry reinforcing material on the liner while simultaneously impregnating the laid coil with a binding agent located in a bath placed directly under the liner installed in the winding apparatus. The coil of the reinforcing material therein is impregnated with a binding agent by immersing a part of the vessel into a bath filled with a heated binding agent. Also proposed is an apparatus for impregnating the reinforcing material with a binding agent.

EFFECT: increased manufacturability of a high pressure vessel by facilitating manufacture, reducing material and labour consumption, as well as increased strength of the composite power shell of the high pressure vessel.
