SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas facilities, in particular to gas cylinder installations with high pressure cylinders (HP), fastenings of the HP cylinder on the supporting surface and high-pressure cylinders (HP) used to store and supply gas to the consumer. This result is achieved by the construction of at least one fastener 2 of balloon 1 on supporting surface 3, comprising first link 21 with direct axis 214 coinciding with direct axis 16 of balloon, which is rigidly attached to bottom 11 of balloon 1, and second link 22 is configured to be attached to supporting surface 3. At this time first link 21 comprises tail unit 211 in the form of at least a portion of the sphere, second link 22 is configured to be rigidly attached to supporting surface 3 and comprises cylindrical channel 221, herewith the first and second links are configured to enter and displace at least tail portion 211 of the first link along and around the direct axis of cylindrical channel 221.
