FIELD: controlling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated complexes for controlling the emission parameters of processing units of objects adversely affecting the environment. The complex is made in form of a stationary automatic apparatus comprised of auxiliary equipment (1) and two subsystems: a subsystem (2) of measuring channels and a subsystem (3) of an information and computing complex. The auxiliary equipment (1) is comprised of a compressed air preparation system, a ventilation and air conditioning system, gas pollution sensors with an alarm system, working and emergency lighting. The subsystem (2) of measuring channels fulfills the measurement function and is comprised of a gas analytical channel of the analysed gas, a flow rate measuring channel, a temperature measuring channel, an absolute pressure measuring channel and a channel for measuring the mass concentration of suspended particles. The subsystem (3) of the information and computing complex fulfills the function of collecting, processing data, supplying information to the user and transmitting information to external databases (4). The subsystem (3) of the information and computing complex is built on the basis of an industrial computer with input and output modules for analog, discrete and digital signals based on a programmed logic controller with input and output modules for analog, digital and discrete signals. The complex therein provides a possibility to implement one of the following methods for analysing the composition of gases: an extractive cold or dry method for analysing the composition of gases, wherein the gas analytical channel is comprised of a backflush sampling probe, a heated sample transporting line, sample preparation elements, a gas analyser for measuring the mass concentration of pollutants and a dew point transmitter; an extractive hot or wet analysis method, wherein the gas analytical channel is comprised of a backflush sampling probe, a heated sample transporting line and a gas analyser for pollutants and water vapour, measuring samples at a temperature of 185°C without separating moisture.
EFFECT: provided are efficient fully automated emission control in real time, determination of the contribution of a specific stationary source to the total environmental pollution, optimisation of technological processes in terms of reduction of associated emission, high reliability of fulfilling the environmental requirements for the emission mass.
