SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the environmental monitoring system. The system contains at least one measuring device, at least one web server, at least one data store, at least one workstation, an analytical subsystem, including a load balancing unit, a message queue control unit, an information carrier, at least one data acquisition and processing unit using AI technologies, which consists of a switch, a digital filter, an AI unit and a scattering calculation unit, while the workstation is connected to the analytical subsystem via the global Internet, the measuring device has access to the global Internet, a balancing unit load has access to the global Internet and is configured to receive signals from measuring devices, the input-output of the load balancing unit is connected to the output-input of the message queue control unit, the inputs-outputs of the message queue control and load balancing units are connected to the outputs-inputs of at least one data collection and processing unit using AI technologies.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy and efficiency of predicting the spatial distribution of harmful substances in the atmospheric air.
