FIELD: welded seams quality control.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to quality control of welded seams. The substance of the invention lies in the fact that the device for monitoring the quality of welded seams contains an ultrasonic transducer with a clamping device, a rod and a means for moving the transducer containing a guide and a carriage, while at the end of the rod there is a removable head containing a fastening unit, a shock absorber, a clamping element for installation of the transducer, the attachment unit contains a block with a groove and a clamping screw, the means for moving the ultrasonic transducer contains a carriage with a roller mounted on a guide, a path reference sensor is installed on the carriage and a rod is fixed, a replaceable mounting sleeve is fixed on the guide.
EFFECT: invention improves the manufacturability of using the device for monitoring the quality of welded seams, increasing its versatility and reducing the duration of the inspection process.
