FIELD: floors.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to floorings. The panel has a core, an upper surface, a lower surface, at least one first pair of edge complementary fixating profiles with form-fit connection at opposite edges of the panel. One of the fixating profiles has a locking groove with a distally protruding upper groove wall and a lower groove wall distally protruding further than the upper groove wall. The support stave has a free upper stave end and at least one depressed abutment surface. The complementary fixating profile is equipped with a locking ridge with at least one depressed contact surface and interacts in the connected state with the abutment surface of the support stave. An edge chamfer is provided between the free upper end of the support stave and the lower abutment surface thereof, forming a free surface with a distal upper end and a proximal end. The free surface is inclined at an angle relative to the vertical to the upper surface of the panel. At the connection stage, the lower side of the locking ridge can lie horizontally against the support stave of the locking groove, then the upper side of the ridge can be moved relative to the inner side of the upper groove wall, and at the end of said connecting stage, the distal end of the upper side of the ridge comes into contact with the inner side of the upper wall of the groove in the core area of the panel. Disclosed are variants of the panel and a method for laying and locking the panels.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the connection of fixing profiles of the floor panels without damage thereto.
