FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to the floor panel. The panel has a core, upper and lower sides and pairs of edges provided in pairs on opposite edges of the panel. At least the first pair of edges is equipped with complementary locking means, one of which is made in the form of a locking groove, and the other in the form of a locking ridge. The ridge of the first panel in an inclined position can be attached to the groove of the second panel, after which, by means of a rotational movement, the two panels can be locked with each other with a geometric closure. The ridge on its upper side contains a contact surface, and the upper wall of the groove has a fitting surface corresponding to the contact surface of the ridge. In front of the ridge, a rounding is adjacent to the contact surface, forming the free end of the ridge having a rounded cross-section, and a rounded transition is made to the lower side of the ridge, and the rounding of the locking ridge has a radius equal to or greater than the distal extension of the contact surface.
