FIELD: automatic control systems.
SUBSTANCE: method for automatic control of the movement parameters of the skip lift of the blast furnace is proposed using electric drive (24) control system connected to intensity setter (25), which provides for the formation of the necessary acceleration and deceleration of the skip lift. The speed setting is sent to selector (23), which, depending on the output of the logical unit of set speed (21), determines the selected set point for setting the steady speed of the skip in loading zone (22.1) or the maximum steady speed of skip (22.2), or the steady speed of the skip in unloading zone (22.3), compares the set point positions with the actual position of skip position sensor (1) through the comparison blocks: the start position of skip full stop (18), the transition from increased speed to speed in loading zone (19), the transition from the speed in the loading zone to increased speed (20). At the same time, the value from the output of the device for determining the mechanical torque of skip lift engine (2) is compared on comparison blocks (5) and (6) with set points (3.1) and (3.2) intended for determining the mass. At the moment of steady movement of the skip in the loading zone, determined by comparison unit (7) based on the output of skip position sensor (1) and skip position comparison set point (4), the value of the outputs of comparison units (5) and (6) is recorded in the memory block of selected mode (8) until the next loading cycle begins. For each of the selected loading mode of the skip lift, namely for the operation of the skip when lifting an empty skip without charge; when lifting coke; when lifting iron ore material (IOM), by means of selectors (11, 12, 15, 16), individual set points are set: (9.1, 9.2, 9.3) - the skip position that determines the start of braking the skip to a complete stop, (10.1, 10.2, 10.3) - the set points of the braking rate; (13.1, 13.2, 13.3), - the skip position that determines the beginning of the transition from an increased speed to a speed in the discharge zone, (14.1, 14.2, 14.3) – the set points of the acceleration rate of the intensity setter for comparison unit (18, 19) and intensity setter (25). At the same time, the value of set point (17) of the transition position from the speed in the loading zone to the increased speed remains unchanged for all modes. A complex for automatic control of the movement parameters of the skip lift of the blast furnace is also proposed.
EFFECT: reduced transport time is achieved.
